    Netarise is a gamified social media platform and game developed and operated by Prime Business Systems ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

    This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website at netarise.com, use our platform, create an account, interact with our services, or communicate with us in any way.

    By accessing, visiting, browsing, or using Netarise in any capacity, including visiting the website, filling out any form, creating an account, using any feature, or engaging with any content, you automatically and unconditionally agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to access or use Netarise in any way and must immediately cease all use of the platform.


    1. Information We Collect

    1.1 Information You Provide Directly

    When you create an account, use features, or contact us, we may collect the following:

    • Account Information. Email address, password (stored in hashed form), username, display name, date of birth, and profile biography.
    • Profile Content. Profile pictures, cover photos, social media links, and any other information you voluntarily add to your profile.
    • User-Generated Content. Posts, comments, messages, chat communications, photos, videos, and any other content you create, upload, or share on the platform.
    • Payment Information. Billing name, payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. Payment details are collected and stored by our payment processor, PBSEngine (powered by GoHighLevel), with payment processing handled by Stripe, connected to Prime Business Systems. We do not directly store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy and security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance, apply to the processing of your payment data.
    • Communications. Any messages you send to us via email at support@mail.netarise.com or office@mail.netarise.com, including feedback, support requests, and affiliate applications.
    • Referral Information. If you were referred by an affiliate, we record the referral source and affiliate tracking data.
    • Affiliate Program Information. If you apply to or participate in our affiliate program, we collect your name, email address, application notes, tracking slug, commission rates, referral counts, and activity data necessary to manage your affiliate status and calculate commission payments. Affiliate commission amounts are based on a negotiated percentage of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) as communicated on the Affiliates page of the website.
    • Claim Information. If you submit a claim for a placeholder profile, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any supporting information you provide.

    1.2 Information Collected Automatically

    When you access or use Netarise, we automatically collect the following:

    • Device and Browser Information. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
    • Usage Data. Pages visited, features used, actions taken (including gameplay actions such as coin collection, stock purchases, posts, likes, comments, friend requests, and chat participation), timestamps of activity, session duration, and referral URLs.
    • Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as theme selection), track affiliate referrals, and analyze platform usage. See Section 8 for details.
    • Game and Economy Data. All gameplay activity, including coin balances, stock transactions, XP earned, levels achieved, streaks, portfolio values, and all interactions with the in-game economy. This data is essential to operating the game and is logged in our database.

    1.3 Information from Third Parties

    • Supabase. Our database and authentication infrastructure is provided by Supabase. Supabase's own privacy practices and data handling policies apply to the storage and processing of your data on their infrastructure.     • PBSEngine (GoHighLevel). Payment processing and subscription management is handled through PBSEngine, powered by GoHighLevel, connected to Prime Business Systems. Payment card details are stored and processed by this system. GoHighLevel's privacy and security practices apply to payment data.
    • Stripe. Stripe serves as the payment processor connected to PBSEngine for handling all financial transactions. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and processes payment card data in accordance with its own privacy policy and security standards. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
    • Analytics Providers. We may use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand platform usage and improve our services.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

    • To operate and maintain the Netarise platform, including processing account creation, authenticating users, managing profiles, facilitating the in-game economy, processing transactions, and delivering the gamified social experience.
    • To process payments for premium subscription plans and manage billing, renewals, and cancellations.
    • To improve and develop the platform, including analyzing usage patterns, identifying bugs, optimizing performance, developing new features, and refining the game economy and algorithms.
    • To communicate with you, including sending service-related notifications, responding to support requests, and providing important updates about your account or the platform.
    • To enforce our Terms of Service and community standards, including monitoring content for violations, investigating reports, and taking moderation actions such as warnings, suspensions, and bans.
    • To monitor chat and messaging communications for the purpose of preventing illegal activity, unsafe behavior, harassment, hate speech, and violations of our community standards. We monitor chats to maintain a safe environment, particularly because our platform accepts users as young as 13 years of age.
    • To manage the affiliate and referral program, including tracking referrals, attributing signups, and calculating commissions.
    • To display advertising on the platform. We reserve the right to run ads from select advertisers and to advertise other services from Prime Business Systems. Advertising is kept minimal and is managed internally. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
    • To comply with legal obligations, respond to legal process, and protect our rights and the rights of our users.

    2.1 What We Do Not Do With Your Data

    We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or any third parties. Your data is used solely to operate the platform, facilitate the game experience, and improve our services. We do not share your personal data with third-party data brokers. We do not use your personal data for purposes unrelated to the Netarise platform without your consent.


    3. Data Storage and Security

    3.1 Where Your Data Is Stored

    Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase, which uses cloud hosting services. Data may be stored and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using Netarise, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions.

    Payment information is stored and processed by PBSEngine (GoHighLevel) and Stripe, connected to Prime Business Systems. Prime Business Systems does not directly store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

    3.2 Security Measures

    We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication systems, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

    3.3 Data Retention

    We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our legal and operational requirements. Certain data, such as transaction logs and moderation records, may be retained for audit, legal, or safety purposes even after account deletion.


    4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

    We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

    • Service Providers. With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including Supabase for database and authentication, GoHighLevel/PBSEngine and Stripe for payment processing, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
    • Legal Requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
    • Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
    • With Your Consent. We may share information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
    • Aggregated or De-Identified Data. We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for any purpose including research, analytics, and business development.

    5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

    5.1 Minimum Age

    Netarise requires a minimum age of 13 years to create an account. This is why we collect date of birth during the registration process. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and all associated data.

    5.2 Parental Consent for Users Ages 13 to 15

    For users between the ages of 13 and 15, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before the account can be fully activated. By allowing a minor aged 13 to 15 to use Netarise, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service on behalf of the minor, and accepts full responsibility for the minor's activity on the platform.

    • Review the personal information collected from their child.
    • Request deletion of their child's personal information.
    • Refuse further collection or use of their child's information.
    • Request termination of their child's account.

    5.3 Users Ages 16 to 17

    Users between 16 and 17 may create and use an account but are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian. By using the platform, users aged 16 to 17 represent that they have the capacity to agree to these terms or that a parent or guardian has agreed on their behalf.


    6. Your Rights and Choices

    6.1 Account Settings

    You may update your profile information, change your email address, update your password, and manage your notification preferences through the Settings page on the platform.

    6.2 Data Access and Deletion

    You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@mail.netarise.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification of your identity.

    Certain data may be retained after deletion for legal, audit, safety, or operational purposes, including transaction records, moderation logs, and any data necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our Terms of Service.

    6.3 Communication Preferences

    You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. Service-related communications, such as account security alerts, payment confirmations, and moderation notifications, are transactional and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

    6.4 Cookie Preferences

    You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features, including session management, theme preferences, and affiliate tracking. See Section 8 for more details.


    7. International Users

    7.1 Jurisdictions Served

    Netarise is operated from the United States and primarily serves users in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. We accept users from other countries and in languages other than English. Content in non-English languages will be subject to stricter moderation until we have community moderators fluent in those languages.

    7.2 Data Transfers

    By using Netarise, you consent to the transfer and processing of your personal data in the United States and any other jurisdiction where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

    7.3 European Union and United Kingdom Users (GDPR)

    If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.

    8.1 What We Use

    We use the following cookies and similar technologies:

    • Session Cookies. Essential for maintaining your authenticated session. These cannot be disabled while using the platform.
    • Preference Cookies. Store your theme selection (light/dark mode) and other interface preferences.
    • Affiliate Tracking Cookies. When you arrive at Netarise via an affiliate referral link, a cookie is placed to attribute your signup to the referring affiliate. These cookies have a configurable expiry period, typically 30 days.
    • Analytics Cookies. We may use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, that place cookies to help us understand how users interact with the platform.

    8.2 Your Choices

    You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using Netarise. By continuing to use Netarise with cookies enabled, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this section.


    9. Chat and Message Monitoring

    We actively monitor all chat communications and messages on the Netarise platform. This monitoring is conducted for the following purposes:

    • Preventing illegal activity, including threats, exploitation, and solicitation of minors.
    • Enforcing our community standards, including the prohibition on politics, religion, hate speech, harassment, and bullying.
    • Protecting user safety, particularly for our younger users ages 13 and older.
    • Investigating reports of abuse, harassment, or Terms of Service violations.

    Users should not share sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, full credit card numbers, passwords, home addresses, or financial account details, within chat or messaging features. Netarise is not responsible for any consequences resulting from users voluntarily sharing sensitive information in chats or messages.


    10. Third-Party Links and Services

    Netarise may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content, including embedded YouTube videos, social media profiles, and external websites linked in user profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.


    11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Netarise platform. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Netarise after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

    For material changes that significantly affect how we handle your personal data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the platform, such as a banner notification or email.
