What is Netarise Cash?

Netarise Cash, sometimes shortened to NETC, is a long-game vanity reward that grows alongside your activity on Netarise. It is denominated in US dollars and tracked in your account, and it is held in a community pool that the whole platform contributes to. It's not a cryptocurrency, not an investment, and not interest-bearing. It's a recognition that you've been part of the platform's growth.

How does it grow?

A small slice of platform activity feeds the Netarise Cash pool. Your share of that pool grows when you stay active, in proportion to your engagement, your share-backing, your daily collection, your XP earned, and your overall presence. The exact contribution and distribution rules are published in our Terms of Service and may be adjusted as the platform evolves.

When does it pay out?

Accepted Answer

Payouts are not active at launch. They will activate when platform sustainability supports them, which means when the community pool can responsibly support real-world distributions without compromising the long-term health of the platform. We won't activate payouts before that point, and we'd rather be transparent about it than overpromise.

So is this real money?

Accepted Answer

Eventually, yes, but conditionally. Netarise Cash is denominated in dollars and designed to convert into real-world payouts when the platform reaches the sustainability threshold required to support them. Until that point, it's a vanity reward with a real-world conversion path attached. We say this everywhere we talk about Cash because we'd rather you understand it now than be surprised later.

Is it guaranteed?

No. We do not guarantee the timing of payout activation, the amount any individual will receive, or that payouts will activate at all in any specific timeframe. Netarise Cash is a long-game system designed around real economic constraints, and we'd rather be honest about that uncertainty than pretend otherwise.

Question 6

What counts as "active" for keeping my balance?

Activity is measured per period (currently weekly) and includes things like logging in regularly, collecting your daily coins, earning XP through normal platform activity, holding shares in profiles, and participating in community features like factions and the leaderboard. The exact rules are published in our Terms of Service and may be adjusted over time. We always announce changes before they take effect.

What does the activity check actually do?

At the end of each check period, your account is evaluated against the published activity criteria. If you meet them, your balance keeps growing on schedule. If you don't, your balance enters a frozen or decaying state, and after a longer period of inactivity it can be reset entirely.

What happens if I miss a week?

Missing a single check period puts your balance in a frozen state, meaning it stops growing but isn't erased. If you come back and resume activity, your balance unfreezes and starts growing again. If you stay inactive for longer, the balance enters decay, and after a longer period of continued inactivity it resets to zero. The exact thresholds are in the Terms of Service.

Can I recover a forfeited balance?

A forfeited balance, meaning one that has been reset due to prolonged inactivity, is non-recoverable. We don't make exceptions for this, because the entire system depends on the activity gate being meaningful. If you come back, you start fresh and begin earning again.

Why do NPC profiles participate?

Some Netarise profiles are NPCs, designed and operated as part of the platform's community structure. They participate in the Cash system on both contribution and distribution sides. This is intentional and disclosed. NPC participation keeps the pool dynamics stable across user activity cycles and prevents the system from becoming dependent on raw active-human counts. Their participation does not unfairly dilute real users, because the same activity rules apply to them.

Does my paid plan affect my Netarise Cash?

No. Cash earning is plan-agnostic. Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members all participate in the Cash system on equal terms. Paid plans give you stronger share rewards multipliers and cosmetic perks, but they do not affect Cash earning, balance, or activity check requirements. We designed it this way on purpose.

Do I need to pay for anything to participate in Netarise Cash?

Accepted Answer

No. Participation in Netarise Cash does not require any payment, purchase, or paid subscription. Every active user on the platform, free plan included, participates in the same system on the same rules. This is an intentional design choice and one we don't expect to change.

Question 13

What will happen when payouts activate? Will I need to verify my identity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When payouts activate, anyone requesting one will need to complete identity verification (KYC) through a qualified third-party verification provider. This is a legal requirement for any platform that distributes real-world money, and we won't have flexibility on it. We'll also collect bank or payment account details for the actual payout. The current minimum payout threshold is $1,000 USD.

What countries will payouts be available in?

We don't know the full list yet, because the legal landscape will likely change between now and when payouts activate. What we can say now is that payouts will not be available in countries subject to US sanctions or where applicable law prevents distribution. We'll publish the specific availability list well before activation.

Question 15

Will I owe taxes on my payouts?

Accepted Answer

If and when you receive a payout, you are solely responsible for any tax obligations that apply in your jurisdiction. Netarise does not provide tax advice. When required by law, we may issue tax forms (like a 1099 in the US) to document the payout. If you're not sure about your obligations, talk to a tax professional in your country.

Is my Netarise Cash balance public?

No. Your balance is private to your account. Other users cannot see your balance, your lifetime accrued amount, or your activity check history. The pool itself, in aggregate, may be referenced in transparency communications, but individual balances are never disclosed.

Question 17

What happens to my Netarise Cash if my account is suspended?

Accepted Answer

A suspension for a Terms of Service violation can result in forfeiture of your accrued Netarise Cash balance, with no obligation on our part to compensate. The full disclosure is in our Terms of Service. Suspensions for technical reasons (like a security review) typically pause activity but do not forfeit balance until and unless they are escalated to a violation finding.

What happens if I delete my account?

Deleting your account forfeits your accrued Netarise Cash balance. This is non-recoverable. If you ever decide to return, you'd be starting from zero. We mention this clearly in the account deletion flow as well.

Question 19

What if my account gets hacked?

Accepted Answer

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@mail.netarise.com immediately. We can help secure the account, review activity, and investigate. Cash balances tied to fraudulent activity may be frozen during investigation. We do everything we reasonably can to protect users from compromise, but the strongest protection is on your end: a strong password and not reusing passwords from other services.

Can I transfer my Netarise Cash to someone else?

No. Netarise Cash balances are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-inheritable. They belong to the user who earned them and only to that user. This is a structural rule of the system and isn't going to change.

What if Netarise shuts down or changes the rules?

We'll be honest about this. Netarise Cash is a long-game system that depends on the platform existing and being healthy enough to support payouts. If the platform shut down before payouts activated, no real-world distribution would happen. That's a real risk and we won't pretend otherwise. We can also adjust contribution rates, distribution rules, activity criteria, and payout thresholds over time. Existing balances are governed by the rules in effect at the time of payout. We'll always announce changes before they take effect, and the full disclosure is in our Terms of Service.
